We intentionally keep our cash rates affordable and comparable to the typical co-pays most major Arizona insurance plans require for in-network chiropractic visits. Payment is due at the time of service, making the process simple, transparent, and straightforward for everyone. We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards as convenient payment options, allowing you to use pre-tax dollars for your care.
While we do not submit claims on your behalf, you are always welcome to request itemized receipts from our office and submit them directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement decisions are made solely by your insurance provider—we cannot influence, guarantee, or predict whether or how much they will reimburse, as each plan operates independently.

Gentle Touch Lactations goal is to give my clients caring lactation support, education, tools and resources that they need to go forward and put a plan together that’s personalized and effective. During an initial consultation (up to 90 minutes) and follow up visits, we will work together to personalize a lactation plan to help you reach your goals of successful breastfeeding or exclusive pumping. As a NICU Nurse, Nikki has experience working with premature infants, infants with special needs, and specialty feeding plans.
